My Oasis™ Vision Care Resource Center

Oasis® is the maker of Oasis Tears®. The new My Oasis™ Vision Care Resource Center is an easy-to-use online tool to assist our patients with at-home eye care. Here, you can order Oasis® products directly, and get highly useful information you’ll need to keep your eyes healthy. In addition, you can contact us with any questions.

Accessing the Resource Center is by simple login on your desktop and laptop, phone (iPhone, Android Galaxy) or tablet (iPad, Android Galaxy).

• Click on the link below to go to the login page.
• Click on “Create Account” in the upper right hand corner of the login page.
• A window will pop up with options. Select “Consumer.” You’ll then be taken to a page to enter your information, including your username and password.
• Make sure you enter the Doctor Code: 9613.
