To the valued patients of Eye Consultants of Texas and LoneStar Ambulatory Surgery Center,
As you may know, Eye Consultants of Texas (ECT) and LoneStar Ambulatory Surgery Center (LSASC) have been purchased by Key-Whitman/Surgery Partners, and that I am officially retiring.
I am very proud to have had the opportunity to grow ECT and LSASC from the ground up, along with the support of an amazing staff, and incredible partnerships from the optometry and medical community. With that in mind, the decision to sell what we built was not an easy one. This is especially true because it is you who played a tremendous role in that growth.
This is why it was so crucial for me to ensure that all patients would be afforded the unsurpassed level of expertise, attentive care, and surgical outcomes that grew Eye Consultants of Texas to become one of the most highly-regarded practices in the U.S.
Without question, Key-Whitman possesses all of these qualities and more. Like ECT, Key-Whitman combines the latest, most effective vision correction technologies with the utmost in patient safety and comfort. With multiple DFW locations, Key-Whitman is also among the most resourceful eye care practices you’ll find anywhere.
Key-Whitman’s Andrew Pazandak, MD has assumed my role as lead ophthalmologist and surgeon. Dr. Pazandak’s expertise, superb track record, and focus on his patients’ needs represent Key-Whitman and Eye Consultants of Texas at their finest.
To those of you I have had the distinct privilege of caring for, I am forever grateful for your trust, and most sincerely hope that you will continue on as a patient at this location.
I leave you in the most capable of hands, and look forward to the new possibilities Key-Whitman will bring.
Phillips Kirk Labor, MD
Dear valued patients,
I am excited to continue what Dr. Labor has accomplished, and look forward to building on his legacy of excellence. Most of all, I look forward to caring for you and every future patient who entrusts me with that care.
The Eye Consultants of Texas staff has made those of us from Key-Whitman feel extremely welcome. Working together, I see great things on the horizon here in Grapevine, and you can expect nothing less than the absolute best from each one of us.
To elaborate on what Dr. Labor mentions above, one of the reasons he chose Key-Whitman is a shared commitment to excellence that serves as a standard for other eye care practices.
For now, we will continue on as Eye Consultants of Texas and LoneStar Ambulatory Surgery Center. Should the names change, please rest assured that you will continue to receive the highest level of attention and expertise.
I am so grateful to be a part of this incredible transition!
Andrew Pazandak, MD
