Vivity is an advanced, FDA-approved premium intraocular lens (IOL) that can be implanted during cataract surgery. The Vivity lens uses a proprietary, non-diffractive technology called X-Wave, resulting in excellent in-between and distance vision, while also enhancing a patient’s ability to see up close. Vivity is an excellent lens for cataract patients who spend a great deal of time working on a computer, reading, sewing, or other activities that require a great deal of focus.

Vivity’s special X-Wave non-diffractive technology is unique in that it allows you to see with all available light. This not only provides extended, uninterrupted ranges of vision, it also results in fewer visual disturbances (halos, starbursts, glare) associated with diffractive multifocal lenses.
